How much does delivery cost?

Delivery cost is $6.95.

All orders over $100 receive FREE delivery

 

What is the minimum order cost?

The minimum order is $25.00

 

When do you deliver? 

Buddy delivers between 12PM – Midnight 365 days a year.

How long does it take you to deliver?

Once order and payment has been processed, Buddy has a 60 minute delivery, unless you have specified and selected a delivery time to suit you.

Buddy may also deliver before the 60 minutes, so please ensure you are available from time of order at the specified address. 

 

What if Buddy doesn’t deliver in the 60 minutes delivery?

In case of heavy traffic incidents, bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Buddy will call notify of a late delivery. Please read our terms & conditions for further information. 

 

Do I have to be at home to accept deliveries?

Yes. All customers must be the address given in the checkout order form to accept products.

Buddy has the right to check ID & Credit Card details before dispatching products.

 

Do I have to show ID when purchasing tobacco or cigarettes?

If the Buddy’s delivery employee wishes to see your proof of age, an Australian Government issued form of identification must be displayed. Buddy’s has the right to disallow delivery.  

 

Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

No, unfortunately once payment has been made, the order will be sent and processed.

How do I pay?

Buddy accepts online payments with all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express)

 

Does Buddy accept vouchers/coupons?

Yes. Buddy’s only accepts ONE voucher per customer, per order at the time of a current promotion.

 

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item or it appears damaged please call or email one of our Customer Service Representative on (02) 9360 9441 or sales@buddys.com.au

Credit for any returned items will be applied to your next order or resupply of product (terms & conditions apply). .

 

What should I do if items are missing from my order? 

If an item you have ordered appears to be missing from your delivery, you may be entitled to receive a credit. Please have your tax invoice handy when you call on (02) 9360 9441 or email us on sales@buddys.com.au
